我们使用这些信息提供和维护服务、保存与同步教学内容、保障账户安全、处理支持请求，并改善产品的可靠性和使用体验。
3. 本地存储与缓存
为提升速度和离线可用性，SoundWhy 可能在当前浏览器中缓存最近使用的单元、偏好和语言设置。退出账号或清理浏览器数据可能移除这些本地副本。
4. 信息共享
我们不会出售个人信息。仅在提供基础设施、邮件或技术支持所必需时，或在法律要求下，与受约束的服务提供方处理必要信息。
5. 保存与删除
账户和教学内容通常在账户有效期间保存。管理员删除会员账户时，该账户的独立教材和词表也会被删除。如需访问、更正、导出或删除相关数据，请联系我们。

This policy explains how SoundWhy handles account and usage data while providing textbook, word-list, pronunciation, and teaching-content services.
1. Information we process
- Account information, including email address, account role, and service status.
- User content, including custom textbooks, units, word lists, display settings, and content needed for generation tasks.
- Technical information, including sign-in and security records, error records, and basic browser and device details.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and maintain the service, save and sync teaching content, protect accounts, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and usability.
3. Local storage and caching
SoundWhy may cache recently used units, preferences, and language settings in the current browser to improve performance and offline availability. Signing out or clearing browser data may remove these local copies.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Necessary information may be processed by contracted infrastructure, email, or support providers, or when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and learning content are generally retained while the account is active. When an administrator deletes a member account, that account's private textbooks and word lists are also deleted. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
6. Security
We use reasonable access controls, transport protection, and account isolation. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and contact us promptly if you notice suspicious activity.
