预置教材由平台提供，加入“我的教材”后可以直接选择 Unit 和学习，但教材内容保持只读并随平台更新。自定义教材只属于当前账户，可以修改教材名称、管理 Unit 和编辑词条。

进入“词表编辑”，点击“添加第一本教材”。你可以按教材系列和年级选择一套预置教材，也可以创建一本自定义教材。以后可通过“切换教材”查看或更换当前教材。

在“词表编辑”中切换教材并选择 Unit，然后点击“保存学习计划”。保存后，“单词展示”才会切换到该 Unit，教材和 Unit 选择也会保存到账户。

在编辑页选择教材或 Unit 时，下方只是预览内容。请点击“保存学习计划”，看到保存成功提示后再进入“单词展示”。

选择自己的教材和 Unit，点击“添加词条”，在输入框中每行填写一条内容。只填英文即可；需要同时填写中文释义时，请使用“英文 | 中文”的格式，例如“apple | 苹果”，然后点击“确认导入”。

在自定义 Unit 的单词列表中点击对应词条的“修改”，即可检查或补充音标和中文释义。预置教材为只读内容，不能直接修改。

不需要。自定义教材、Unit 和词条的修改会自动保存到账户。页面上的保存状态会提示修改是否完成。

进入“单词展示”，从左侧单词列表选择内容。点击单词旁的“跟读”可播放整词；点击主展示区中的音节或字母发音卡片可分别播放。也可以使用“上一个”“下一个”和“播放当前单词”控制课堂节奏。

在“词表编辑”中开启“中文释义点击翻转”。之后进入“单词展示”，中文释义会先隐藏，点击释义区域后再显示。

请先检查设备音量和网络连接，并点击页面任意位置后重试。建议使用最新版 Chrome 或 Edge；如果仍只有个别单词无法播放，请把单词、浏览器名称、错误提示和截图发送给客服。

在“单词展示”中点击“全屏模式”。全屏时可用左右方向键切换单词，用空格键或 R 播放，用 Enter 显示释义，用 Esc 退出。

在“单词展示”顶部点击“分享当前 Unit”，选择链接有效期后生成只读课堂链接。访客无需登录即可使用课堂展示，但不能编辑内容。你也可以在“词表编辑”中打开“管理分享链接”，查看、停用或删除已有链接。

编辑会立即保存到你的账户，但不会直接改变已经发布的课堂内容。请在“词表编辑”的同步提示中点击“同步到已分享链接”，所有仍有效的链接才会更新。

先确认需要制作的 Unit 已经保存为学习计划，再在“词表编辑”的“自然拼读教学视频”区域选择横屏或竖屏、填写可选的 Logo 文字，然后点击“在电脑端制作视频”。制作期间请保持电脑页面打开，完成后可下载 MP4。

进入“账户设置”，可分别更新邮箱、密码和界面语言。密码更新后，其他设备上的登录会退出，以保护账户安全。

进入“账户设置”的“服务状态”，可查看当前套餐、账户状态和有效期。需要续费或恢复使用时，点击页面中的对应按钮即可前往办理。

已经成功保存的教材、Unit、词条和学习计划会保存在账户中。浏览器还会缓存最近使用的内容和当前浏览进度；清理浏览器数据可能移除这些本地记录，但不会删除已保存到账户的内容。

Preset textbooks are provided by SoundWhy. After adding one to “My textbooks,” you can select its Units and study immediately, while its read-only content stays in sync with the platform. A custom textbook belongs only to your account, so you can rename it, manage its Units, and edit its entries.

Open “Word list editor” and select “Add your first textbook.” Choose a preset textbook by series and grade, or create a custom textbook. Later, use “Switch textbook” to view or change the active textbook.

In “Word list editor,” switch to the textbook you want, select a Unit, and then select “Save learning plan.” Only then does Word display switch to that Unit, and the textbook and Unit selection is saved to your account.

Selecting a textbook or Unit in the editor only previews its content. Select “Save learning plan,” wait for the saved confirmation, and then open Word display.

Choose your own textbook and Unit, select “Add entries,” and enter one item per line. English by itself is enough. To include a Chinese meaning, use “English | Chinese,” for example “apple | 苹果,” and then select “Confirm import.”

In a custom Unit's word list, select “Edit” on the relevant entry to review or complete its IPA and Chinese meaning. Preset textbooks are read-only and cannot be edited directly.

No. Changes to custom textbooks, Units, and entries are saved automatically to your account. The save status shown on the page confirms when the update is complete.

Open Word display and choose an item from the word list on the left. Select “Listen & repeat” beside a word to hear the complete word, or select syllables and letter-sound cards in the main display to hear them separately. Use “Previous,” “Next,” and “Play current word” to control the lesson pace.

Turn on “Reveal Chinese meaning on click” in “Word list editor.” In Word display, the meaning will then stay hidden until you select the meaning area.

Check the device volume and network connection, click once anywhere on the page, and try again. The latest Chrome or Edge is recommended. If only certain words still fail, send Support the word, browser name, error message, and a screenshot.

Select “Full screen” in Word display. While full screen is active, use the left and right arrow keys to change words, Space or R to play, Enter to reveal the meaning, and Esc to exit.

Select “Share current Unit” at the top of Word display, choose an expiry period, and create a read-only classroom link. Visitors can use the classroom display without signing in, but cannot edit it. You can also open “Manage share links” in “Word list editor” to review, disable, or delete links.

Edits are saved to your account immediately, but they do not directly change published classroom content. In the sync notice under “Word list editor,” select “Sync to existing share links” to update every link that is still active.

First make sure the Unit has been saved as your learning plan. Then, under “Phonics teaching video” in “Word list editor,” choose landscape or portrait, enter optional logo text, and select “Create video on this computer.” Keep the desktop page open while it runs; an MP4 is available when it finishes.

Open “Account settings” to update your email, password, and interface language in their respective sections. Updating the password signs out other devices to help protect your account.

Open “Service status” under Account settings to see your current plan, account status, and validity period. If you need to renew or restore access, use the corresponding button on that page.

Textbooks, Units, entries, and learning plans that have finished saving remain in your account. The browser also caches recent content and your current browsing position. Clearing browser data may remove those local records, but it does not delete content already saved to your account.
